MEET THE ARTIST
Hello, all! My name is Crys, but you all likely will know me as Ehkko!I'm thirty years old and from the Midwestern hot-pot that is Oklahoma, and I've been invested in the arts since childhood. As an adult, I'm really gearing my work toward just doing what the younger version of me always dreamed: making a living, but doing it with hard work and my imagination. Bringing colourful fantasy characters and designs to life is my craft, and I'll do everything in my arsenal to make sure that I bring your vision to life! For the not-so-professional me that you came here to read about, I'm a relatively plain girl with a history of moving around a lot to experience the world. From travelling via car around the USA, moving to Las Vegas, working as a florist in California, being in New Hampshire for my best friend's wedding, to staying in Sweden for a Christmas-New Years stint, I love to travel and feel the history in the places I visit! I've been to cosmetology school, university for English Education, and even have my insurance license to underwrite and produce, but art is the only thing (aside from music and my family) that really made me feel safe and at home, no matter where I was, throughout my life. Another pivotal part of my life? Gaming!I'm a fan of any game with a good story and visuals, and thus I was easily sucked into major franchise games like The Legend of Zelda, the Elder Scrolls, Warcraft, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, and more. This, and with books and writing, I feel really drove home my love of the fantasy genre - there's something so incredible about theorizing and building an entire universe full of monsters, dragons, elves, fae, magick and the like to me!I'm a self-described 'comfy-witchy-goth' type with a penchant for black clothes and hairdye, and I probably love horror movies and true crime docuseries & documentaries far too much. Gothic horror and romance are some of my favourite genres for books and movies, but I do gravitate also to musicals. I love most types of music, being an eclectic type that just enjoys music in general for the experience it gives. I think it's an appreciation born from teaching myself instruments as a child and singing in school for so long!Last but not least, some buzzwords to describe me if you still want more!Quiet | Introverted | Creative | Hufflepuff | Scorpio | INFJ-I

PAYMENT
All accepted orders and commissions will be sent an invoice upon agreement to work on the contract, via PayPal. Your email will be required in this portion of our interaction, and it will be where I send the full copy file of your commission piece. For your reassurance and my own, I do not start working on commissions until the invoice is paid. This is to ensure that I'm paid fairly for my time invested and for the promise of work well done. It's a safety precaution for me and my craft. Unless otherwise discussed, this practice is mandatory and there will be no exceptions. If you do not pay your invoice, I do not start working.Furthermore, I do not accept payment in forms of 'exposure'. Your follower count doesn't matter to me, I do this for a living. Respect me and other artists by paying for content and supporting our work.I thank you in advance for observing this policy. For projects of a more detailed nature, they will be taken on an at-will basis and will require a minimum deposit of 50% of the full price of the commission at the time of the order's placement. It is worth noting that detailed changes to a commission may be made up until the linework phase is complete. I'm very insistent on everything aside from minimal colour headshots and chibis that details are correct, so I will send you progress shots of the sketch > linework > and flat colour stages.Any major changes that are needed AFTER linework is finished will incur a fee of $40. It is the commissioner's sole responsibility to convey the needs and desires for the project, so please be as prompt and descriptive as possible for the details you'd like shown. This fee does not apply to small base colour changes before rendering, but once flat colours are down, they are to stay that way during rendering. For any billing inquiries, please email me to my business email: [email protected]

TERMS OF SERVICE
Rejection of Service Request
The artist reserves the right to reject a proposed commission for any reason without needing to provide an explanation.Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation of an order is purely dependent on the client but requires notice of such. A 15%-30% fee is deducted from the order's pre-quoted total depending on how far the art has left to go. If the artist has just barely started, then only the time and effort with the 15% will be subtracted, and for projects further along, up to 30% fee is taken from the quoted total. The rest of the remaining paid quote will be returned to the client as a thank you for observing a cancellation notice and respecting the artist's commission queue.Refunds are reviewed case-by-case to determine if the client is justified if no proper notice was given of cancellation. As such, no refunds are available after project completion.Illegal/Prohibited Use of Intellectual Property: The Fair Use Agreement

Further, I will not be allowing NFTs of my artwork. If you see any, they were stolen from the commissioner, and I, without our knowledge. Please report it to me at my business email: [email protected]Order Schedule and Delivery of Goods: Timely Service Agreement
The artist reserves the right to take more than one (1) month's length of time for a commission, but only up to two (2) months maximum (up to three in the event of a large project). In addendum, the artist's work begins the moment the invoice is paid. In the event of more detailed orders, the artist's work begins after the full deposit is paid. There may be exorbitant cases where a large project may take more than two months to complete, but in this instance proper notice will be given and contact will be maintained to update the commissioner properly, and promptly.By the act of commissioning me, you are agreeing to having read and accepted all the terms outlined above.
